On October 22nd, Justin saw Elianna take her first step by herself! I was out with a friend and Justin was watching her. This is how the story goes: She had a book that she was playing with and was giving to Justin. She was standing by the couch and he took the book from her. He knew she would want it back so he handed it to her just far enough away that she would have to take a step to get it. The rest is history. She took her first step and got the book. Since that time she has taken several more "one" steps. Maybe someday soon she will be walking around by herself. Until that time she is getting lots of practice on her push toys that some friends of ours have allowed us to borrow.

YAY!! I am so happy that you guys are back! I have been watching your blog in hopes of a new post!! I love seeing what Elianna is up to! She has GREAT hair!! She looks so much like you Vern, she is gorgeous!! Love you!!
